At Universal Primates, we are committed to providing healthy, well-socialized monkeys raised under structured care and proper monitoring. This Health Guarantee outlines the conditions under which we ensure the health of each monkey at the time of delivery.


1. Health Assurance at Delivery

Every monkey undergoes a basic health evaluation before delivery. At the time of transfer:

  • The monkey is in stable physical condition
  • Feeding behavior is normal
  • The monkey shows no visible signs of illness
  • The monkey has been raised in a clean and monitored environment

Buyers are expected to inspect the monkey immediately upon arrival.


2. 24-Hour Health Notification Requirement

Buyers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if any serious health concern is observed.

The notification must include:

  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos
  • Confirmation that the condition was present upon arrival

Failure to report within this timeframe may void any health-related consideration.


3. Veterinary Examination Recommendation

We strongly recommend that buyers arrange a veterinary check within 24–48 hours after delivery.

This helps to:

  • Confirm the health condition of the monkey
  • Identify any underlying concerns early
  • Ensure proper transition into the new environment

4. Conditions Covered

This Health Guarantee may apply to:

  • Serious health issues present at the time of delivery
  • Undisclosed conditions that affect immediate wellbeing
  • Major discrepancies in health status at arrival

All cases are reviewed individually based on evidence provided.


5. Conditions Not Covered

This Health Guarantee does not cover:

  • Stress-related adjustments after relocation
  • Minor behavioral changes due to new environment
  • Issues caused by improper care after delivery
  • Delayed health conditions not present at delivery
  • Failure to follow recommended care guidelines

Monkeys may take time to adapt to new environments, which is normal.


6. No Long-Term Health Warranty

This guarantee applies only to the condition of the monkey at the time of delivery.

We do not provide long-term health warranties, as future health depends on:

  • Proper care and feeding
  • Environment and handling
  • Veterinary care
  • Owner responsibility

7. Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the health of the monkey, buyers must:

  • Provide proper nutrition and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor behavior and health daily
  • Seek veterinary care when necessary

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect any claim.


8. Resolution Process

If a valid health concern is reported within the required timeframe:

  • We will review all submitted information
  • Additional clarification may be requested
  • A fair resolution will be determined based on the situation

All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
